I've been with Lovefilm for over 3 months now, I'd only planned to sign up for the free trial, but they've been so good pretty much always sending movies from the top of my list, i've decided to subscribe for a while.

I have used Love films on there highest rate and found that they did not come up to expectations. Never got any new titles only back catalogue stuff. Left up to 72 hours before films dispatched.Where I should have been given 3 films only 1 would be sent. They say that this is their fair policy. Fair for who? It was my money!!!

I've always found I get 5 or so dvd's a week.

A friend of mine has had the problem you describe as he was a high user (ie returning the dvds on the same day or day after they arrvied).
